53To Hell and Back again
When i got into insurance sales I had no clue what I was in for. The characters that I have run into have given me stories that are priceless. From the worst of sleazy crooks that would rip of clients and their own agents so quickly that would make your head spin, to some of the most good hearted people that were borderline crusaders, I have seen it all. The new agents that were clueless, herded in by cattle calls only to go broke,sharpshooters who could sell anything, insurance was just the flavor of the day, scumbags who when you shook their hand you would check to see if you still had your wedding ring on, to the stubborn workhorses who worked hard enough to make it through on a daily basis. Angels of mercy, demons from hell they were all there.
Although I have seen a lot in the insurance industry I have not yet seen it all. Greed, and hate, grace and forgiveness. It has been a long journey and you can read about what I have learned from it.
